ANTIGUA, GUATEMALA

We will stay at the boutique Palo Santo Hotel. Nestled into a quiet little corner of Antigua, this beautiful colonial style hotel will be our home for 6 days. With a wood burning sauna, kitchen, swimming pool, pool side bar, and many reading areas, we will be living in pure luxury in our very own private home. Perfectly located in walking distance from the Central Park, all the great restaurants, coffee shops and stores, but still quiet at night for a fabulous nights sleep. We cannot wait for you to join us at this oasis!

We start every morning with a yoga practice in our private yoga shala before breakfast in the courtyard. Each day we have scheduled activities as well as free time to explore the incredible town of Antigua.

Arrival day! Our first day is reserved to get everyone settled into Antigua. We will have welcome drinks and lunch at Palo Santo awaiting your arrival. A yoga class, meditation and healing temezcal sauna to relax from your day of travel will be followed with a family style welcome dinner at our sister hotel net door, Meson Panza Verde Hotel.

Morning yoga and breakfast will be followed by a walking and textile tour of the city. We give you free time to explore after the walk before we meet back at the hotel for an afternoon yoga class along with a private dinner by our chef and live music to celebrate our week together.

Our third day in paradise will being with a morning yoga class and breakfast. We will have a creative workshop working with the indigenous women of Crudo Textiles learning about the ancient practice of Shibori. Lunch is at the hotel with our private chef. Afterwards, we'll head up the mountain to Hobbitenango where we have an afternoon of exploring this incredible eco restaurant/park/hotel, an outdoor mountain yoga class and private Thanksgiving feast all on top of a volcano with sweeping views of the entire valley! This will surely be a day to remember, forever.

Our fourth day is an exciting one! After yoga and breakfast, we will venture a little north of Antigua to visit the Teysha shoemaking workshop, Luna Zorro's studio and the incredible La Azotea coffee farm to learn all about the coffee making process. Lunch is in town with a wellness workshop at the hotel later in the afternoon. Dinner is family style at Palo Santo with our private chef.

Morning yoga and breakfast are followed by a ride into the mountains outside Antigua for a private Guatemalan cooking class. We will learn how to make traditional Guatemalan appetizers, main dishes, deserts and of course, tortillas! You will have some free time this afternoon to explore the city with everything you've lelearned before an afternoon yoga session and final farewell dinner at Palo Santo with our private chef.
